董志诚

董志诚,男,博士,教授,博士生导师(学术型博士招生方向:生物信息与计算生物学),硕士生导师(学术型硕士招生方向:遗传学;专业硕士招生方向:材料化工-生物化工)。1996年,毕业于上海交通大学,获生化工程学士学位;2003年,毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院植物生理与生态研究所,获遗传学博士学位。2004-2008年,于美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学Nina Fedoroff实验室进行博士后研究。2008-2011年,于美国布朗大学Judith Bender实验室进行博士后研究。2012-2017,历任中国科学院华南植物园研究员、华南植物园分子分析与遗传改良中心副主任和中国科学院华南农业植物分子分析与遗传改良重点实验室副主任。2018-至今,金沙游戏app下载大厅教授、广州市作物基因编辑重点实验室主任、广东省植物适应性与分子设计重点实验室副主任、分子遗传与进化创新研究中心副主任。

2. 科研:

主要从事植物表观遗传与转录调控、植物对环境的适应性、大豆重要性状调控网络与分子育种的研究。建立了RNA聚合酶II介导的植物新生链RNA合成的研究方法;揭示了热胁迫和热记忆中植物转录的动态变化;在体外重组植物microRNA的加工过程;初步构建豆科花模式建成的遗传框架等。工作发表于Nature PlantsPNASPlant Physiol等国际期刊。

3. 教学

目前承担本科课程:生化工程》、《发育生物学》和《基因的艺术》等;承担研究生课程:《系统生物学》、《基因组与生物信息学》、《植物分子育种》和《高级分离工程》等。指导本科学生毕业论文,获得广州大学优秀毕业论文。
